The product must be in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
rumico.co does not allow the return or exchange of products that are damaged as a result of misuse, scratches or malfunctions or any incorrect voltage connection, or loss of some parts of the product. rumico.co has the right to make decision in this case.
rumico.co does not allow returns of mobile phones, tablets, smart watches and Bluetooth headphones at all.
rumico.co shall not be liable for any data loss or data transfer for returned/exchanged products.
In case the customer does not need the device, the full value of the device will be returned according to the value mentioned in the purchase invoice from the company’s showrooms, and the number of devices and devices installed on the same invoice will be identical to the device within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided that the device has not been used and is in the same condition as when purchased, sealed in the original packaging. Neither customer will be payable for any loss
In the event of a broken device upon unpacking or a technical problem within the first 24 hours, it must be escalated immediately by uploading a photo of the defect, breakage, etc., the device will be replaced with a new one or the full amount shown in the invoice will be returned if the same model is not available or the alternative is not available or the customer does not want it “according to the value mentioned in the purchase invoice and within two days from the date of purchase, provided that the device is in the same condition as when purchased and “has not been used”, and all accessories are included with it. (The return will be through the same sales branch in the event that the receipt is from the place where the device was purchased)
In case of product breakage upon unpacking or technical problem upon startup after purchase for more than two days from the date of purchase, the maintenance center agent of the purchased product will be contacted.
All brands return, exchange or maintenance is done with the agent for each brand based on the purchase invoice and warranty policy provided by the agent.
In all cases, the original purchase invoice must be attached to the product “which indicates the model number, serial number, price and date of purchase in order to complete the return and exchange process to provide maintenance service.
Gift cards and/or free gifts or bundled items must be returned to complete the exchange or refund process.
- Air conditioning installation works do not include winches, scaffolding, high ladders, plumbing and electrical works.
- If the customer cannot bring (scaffolding, crane/winch) or high ladders, the customer will be charged for their costs.
- If it turns out that the customer’s location is far away, we have the right to impose additional fees or return the order if the customer is not satisfied with that.
- In case of returning the goods, shipping and delivery fees will be deducted.
- In the event that the invoice is returned using a purchase method (Mada – Visa – MasterCard – Apple Pay – Tabby – Tamara), fees will be deducted from the customer for any reason of the return.
